Internal Audit Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Internal Audit team. This role is designed for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for compliance, processes, and continuous improvement. The candidate will be trained and responsible for assisting in conducting audits across projects, processes, and compliance frameworks, and support security induction for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing project, process, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Document audit findings and support in preparing clear, concise reports for management.
• Follow up on audit action items and assist in tracking the implementation of recommendations.
• Conduct security induction sessions for new joiners on data protection, password hygiene, email safety, and company policies.
• Help maintain audit logs, compliance records, and evidence documentation.
• Identify and assess potential risks, discrepancies, or control gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Collect and analyze relevant data across departments to support audit activities.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand processes and validate audit requirements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, audit tools, and compliance standards.
• Participate in special audits or investigations as needed.
