Join us as a
Tech Writer Intern
and play a critical role in shaping how our users interact with and understand our technology. You will leverage your writing skills and technical aptitude to draft clear, accurate, and engaging product documentation. By collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers, you will ensure our manuals, release notes, and user guides empower clients and enhance adoption of our cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Create and update documentation — Draft, refine, and maintain user manuals, API guides, FAQs, and release notes to support product launches and ongoing updates.
- Collaborate across teams — Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow writers to gather technical insights and translate them into accessible content.
- Test and validate — Conduct feature testing to confirm product functionality, identify gaps in documentation, and ensure accuracy.
- Standardize and format content — Apply company guidelines to structure, style, and polish technical documents for consistency and readability.
- Enhance documentation portals — Use HTML and CSS to customize and optimize in-app content and portals where needed.
- Maintain repositories — Help organize and manage document repositories, ensuring version control and easy access for stakeholders.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Technical aptitude: Exposure to APIs, JSON, YAML, or basic coding concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Web skills: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred).
- Detail-oriented: Sharp eye for accuracy, consistency, and clarity in content.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
