Intern - Talent Acquisition

• Internship Duration: 3 months
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various mediums, with a focus on creating recruitment campaigns for different audiences and role levels.
• Manage the talent acquisition function independently, prepare recruitment materials, post jobs on appropriate platforms, and review requests for new recruitments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement effective recruitment processes.
• Maintain records and documentation related to recruitment processes, ensuring 100% compliance and a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Utilize sourcing techniques across various online channels and platforms to attract high-quality candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Implement recruitment best practices, leverage sourcing tools and recruitment marketing techniques, and work towards achieving recruitment targets and numbers.
