Intern - Retail & Hospitality

Role Overview: As an intern at The Sleep Company, you will have the opportunity to join the Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in real-world business scenarios, mentorship from industry professionals, and the chance to work on impactful projects driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development: - Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and product presentations. - Support the retail sales team with customer interactions and walk-in conversions. - Participate in store activations, customer engagement, and product demos. - Track and report sales performance metrics and insights. - Marketing & Branding: - Support digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and influencer collaborations. - Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities. - Assist in planning events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance brand communication. - Customer Experience: - Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer queries. - Ensure seamless post-purchase experience and follow-ups. - Contribute to improving CRM processes and customer journey mapping. Qualification Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. - A passion for retail, consumer brands, or D2C business is a plus.
