About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure, professional learning, and an opportunity to build a career in Human Resources.

Experience & Education:

• Fresher / Graduate / MBA (HR) students
• Regular (full-time) degree candidates preferred

Stipend:

• ₹10,000 per month (fixed)-Onsite role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain employee and candidate data
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Post job openings on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn
• Assist in HR reports and day-to-day HR activities

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (HR) pursuing or completed
• Basic understanding of HR & recruitment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Fresher candidates are welcome
