Key Responsibilities:
Domain Assessment Design & Content:Support in designing assessments as per client requirements in specific domains such as finance, marketing, sales, etc. These assessments are used for recruitment (fresher hiring, campus hiring), learning & development, training needs, and succession planning. The assessments must be relevant to specific job roles, industries, and geographies, making the content (questions) the most critical part. The intern will assist in preparing assessment reports, ensuring content quality, and maintaining relevance.
Content Management:Assist in reviewing existing skills and questions based on those skills, collaborating with external subject matter experts (SMEs); revamp and re-organize the question bank with a proper and easy-to-use classification of skills; update questions by removing highly exposed items; ensure questions are presented in a presentable format with correct language and grammar.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:Handle client requests independently, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assessment projects.
Additional Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining the quality and accuracy of assessment content, support in updating question banks, and contribute to the overall improvement of assessment processes.
