Role & responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting and updating data into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets from various sources.
- Verifying the accuracy and consistency of data to identify and correct any discrepancies.
- Assisting with the generation of reports and summaries based on the entered data.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve data processing workflows.
- Performing regular data quality checks and backups.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduation or pursuing any degree (Available for Full-time Internship).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Basic communication skills for effective collaboration.
