Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Intern – Client Success to join our team and manage

relationships with our most important international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Client Relations team in managing day-to-day interactions with clients.

2. Support in onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

4. Prepare and share follow-up emails, client communication templates, and reports.

5. Maintain documentation and update CRM systems regularly.

6. Participate in client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

7. Help in organizing client engagement activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:

 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration,

Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
