Role & Key Responsibilities

Work with senior mentors to solve strategic, operational, and analytics-driven problems.Conduct research, gather and analyse data, benchmark peers, and identify insights.Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements and hypotheses.Create high-quality deliverables - presentations, models, and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.

Required Qualifications

MBA from one of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM)

- mandatory.Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data and modelling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven problem-solving ability and structured thinking.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; openness to learning new tools.Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desired (Not Mandatory)

Prior consulting, strategy, or analytics internship.Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python/R.Interest in life sciences, healthcare, or analytics.
