Intern Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design development and working drawings
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and basic detailing using AutoCAD
• Support 3D modeling and basic rendering (SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / similar)
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings and client submissions
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and PMC teams
• Support documentation for approvals and statutory submissions
• Assist in site coordination and drawing revisions as required
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation

Eligibility & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D tools preferred
• Willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a professional attitude
• Interest in redevelopment, PMC, and large-scale projects is a plus

Preferred

• Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai
• Ability to work full-time during internship period
