Interior Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Supervisor/Engineer to oversee and execute the interior works of our upcoming project in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven experience in hotel interiors, and the ability to manage contractors, vendors, and timelines to deliver high-quality finishes. This role requires proficiency in various design software, enabling effective oversight of projects from conception to completion. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior works at the project site.
• Ensure that all interior works (civil finishes, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, etc.) are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of milestones.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site.
• Coordinate with MEP team to ensure services integration within interior works.
• Handle vendor/contractor management, billing verification, and material approvals.
• Report progress, highlight challenges, and suggest solutions to the Project Manager.
• Oversee daily operations and manage project timelines to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilise design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D to create and review project plans.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in interior execution for large-scale hospitality / hotel / commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, joinery, and luxury standards.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination related to interiors.
• Strong leadership, site supervision, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
