MEP Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer / Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for our upcoming Hotel Project in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of all MEP activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manages and oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems

· A strong grasp of mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting), electrical systems (power distribution, wiring), and plumbing.

· Supervise and coordinate MEP works at site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

· Monitor daily activities of subcontractors and ensure proper resource allocation.

· Review method statements, and material submittals.

· Ensure quality control and timely completion of works.

· Conduct inspections and testing of MEP installations.

· Report progress, challenges, and site requirements to the Project Manager.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

· Performing site inspections to ensure that all MEP installations comply with industry standards, blueprints, and safety regulations.

· Enforcing safety protocols and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

· Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MEP supervision (preferably in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects)

· Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and codes.

· Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.
