Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out according to plan, coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, solving any on-site issues that may arise, and making sure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Additionally, the Interior Site Supervisor will communicate progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Supervision and Site Management skills, with the ability to oversee daily operations
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Knowledge in quality and safety compliance
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address on-site issues efficiently
• Project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to management and clients
• Previous experience in interior design or construction is preferred
• Relevant educational qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
