Interior project manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to oversee client projects from order placement through final site work and installation. This role requires hands-on coordination across internal teams (design, production, procurement, and site execution) and direct interaction with clients to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

· Translate client requirements into actionable plans for design, production, and site teams

· Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

· Coordinate between furniture production teams, construction teams, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow

· Schedule and supervise installation at client sites, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards

· Anticipate project risks and proactively manage issues or delays

· Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal stakeholders

· Maintain documentation, updates, and reports for project tracking and decision-making

Ideal Candidate:

· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field

· 4–6 years of experience managing client-facing projects, preferably in furniture/interior fit-outs or construction

· Excellent working knowledge of Autocad. Knowledge of 3D tools like Sketchup, Blender etc is a plus.

· Basic knowledge of both workshop/manufacturing operations and on-site execution

· Excellent organisational, communication, and people-management skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and task management tools

· Proficient in project tracking tools (RDash, Excel, Trello, Asana, Basecamp etc.)

Bonus Skills:

· Familiarity with CAD drawings and design software

· Understanding of procurement and material flow in production environments

· Experience working with HNIS, architects, or premium commercial clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
