Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role involves planning, execution, team and vendor coordination, budgeting, and ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of interior projects on site
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor project timelines and budgets
• Supervise site teams and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Approve drawings, materials, and work as per design
• Handle multiple sites and ensure on-time project delivery
• Review and approve contractor/vendor bills
• Resolve site issues and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (civil, MEP, finishes)
• Excellent project and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Hands-on experience in office, retail, or hospitality interiors
• Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Excel

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
