Interior Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimation Engineer to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing for interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques, along with the ability to analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and analyse interior design drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (QTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Evaluate materials, labour, subcontractor, and equipment costs for project pricing.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Invite, analyse, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and pricing sheets for client submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and budgetary requirements.
• Assist project managers in value engineering and cost optimization.
• Update and maintain cost database, material rates, and supplier contacts.
• Support in negotiation with vendors and clients regarding pricing and contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, and MEP integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and estimation software.
• Good understanding of tendering, contracts, and BOQ preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
