Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through execution for assigned projects.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural and interior drawings.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures in consultation with the design team and clients.
• Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with the internal team to maintain consistency in design language and project delivery.
• Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met within agreed schedules.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or Interior Designing or relevant education from a recognized institution.
• Minimum

  3 years of professional experience

  in architecture and interior design.
• Strong skills in design development, technical drawings, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop, Revit, or Lumion is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
