Architect – Kaaryam India Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai | Employment Type: Full-time Summary of the Role Kaaryam India is seeking a Architect to lead the design and execution of high-end architectural and interior projects. This role involves taking ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards in design, detailing, material selection, and on-site execution. Success in this position means delivering projects that align with the design vision, client expectations, and quality benchmarks while maintaining smooth coordination with clients, vendors, and the internal team. The Senior Architect will play a key role in shaping the creative output of the studio and mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept through execution for assigned projects. Prepare and review detailed architectural and interior drawings. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures in consultation with the design team and clients. Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project alignment. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards. Collaborate with the internal team to maintain consistency in design language and project delivery. Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met within agreed schedules. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design. Strong skills in design development, technical drawings, and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop, Revit, or Lumion is a plus. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and vendor coordination.
