Job Title: Interior Designer (1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, technical proficiency, the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings, presentations and to work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed interior drawings including layouts, furniture, lighting, and ceiling plans.
• Develop concept presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate and manage site execution—ensuring design intent and quality are maintained.
• Handle material selection, vendor coordination, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop design proposals and BOQs.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD – for working drawings and detailing
• SketchUp – for 3D modeling
• Enscape / V-Ray – for rendering and visualization
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design

Compensation:

• Salary / Fees: On a Project Basis, depending on scope and experience
