Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development & Conceptualization:

Develop creative and innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Present ideas and design solutions that align with client needs and aesthetic goals.

• Space Planning:

Create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts that optimize space usage while adhering to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• 3D Visualization & CAD Drawings:

Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to produce detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and renderings for client approval and construction teams.

• Client Interaction:

Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Present design proposals, revisions, and final concepts to ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.

• Vendor & Material Coordination:

Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories in line with the design concept. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

• Project Management:

Oversee the implementation of design concepts, working closely with project managers, contractors, and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other designers, architects, and engineers to ensure cohesive design and project success. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.

• Quality Control & Site Visits:

Conduct site visits to ensure design execution matches approved plans. Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or construction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

   Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial projects.

• Education:

   A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.

• Design Software Proficiency:

   Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

• Creativity & Attention to Detail:

   Ability to create innovative, visually appealing, and functional designs with great attention to detail.

• Client-Centric Approach:

   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and translate client needs into successful design solutions.

• Project Management:

   Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.

• Knowledge of Building Codes & Regulations:

   Familiarity with relevant design standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.

• Strong Communication Skills:

   Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification:

   LEED, NCIDQ, or other relevant design certifications.

• Experience in 3D Rendering & Animation:

   Proficiency in creating high-quality visualizations using 3D modeling and rendering software.

• Sustainability Knowledge:

   A strong understanding of eco-friendly materials and sustainable design practices.
