Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team at Flybed Home. The role involves managing customer requirements post-sales, providing technical support to the sales team, and overseeing the design-to-installation process to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.

>Coordinate with customers after sales for order specifications, finish selections, and customization.

>Provide technical support and product knowledge to the sales team.

>Conduct site visits for measurement and feasibility assessment.

>Create detailed interior and modular furniture drawings and secure client approvals before production.

>Verify and validate orders before initiating production.

>Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings compatible with modular machine processing.

>Conduct quality checks during and after installation as per predefined intervals.

>Handle complete post-sales support, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Architecture and Construction Drawings skills
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
• Experience in interior design projects
• Knowledge of Modular furnitures
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Leadership skills and decision taking ability.
