Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Concept Development

  : Ideate and conceptualize unique interior design themes for villas, apartments, penthouses, resorts, offices, and lobbies.

• Realistic Rendering

  : Develop

  high-quality 3D renders and walkthrough videos

  using software like

  SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or equivalent

  .

• Client Presentation

  : Design mood boards, material palettes, and digital walkthroughs tailored to client profiles and aspirations.

• Technical Drawings

  : Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, electrical plans, and material specifications.

• Collaboration

  : Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, vendors, and the site execution team.

• On-site Visits

  : Occasionally visit ongoing sites to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.

• Trend Awareness

  : Stay updated with modern, luxury, and culturally inspired interior trends across India and abroad.

Required Skills

• Strong command over

  3D visualization tools

  (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, 3ds Max)
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  , Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent storytelling through mood boards and walkthroughs
• Knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial planning
• Ability to design for both

  ultra-modern and culture-infused themes

• Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
