Role Overview

Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development

  : Create architectural concepts and spatial layouts based on project briefs

• Visualization

  : Develop high-quality

  3D renders, detailed drawings, and walkthroughs

• Detailing

  : Prepare complete working drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, joineries, etc.)

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with the structural, MEP, and interior design teams

• Client Interaction

  : Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure final delivery matches vision

• Site Support

  : Coordinate with site teams during execution phases as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• Minimum 4 years

  of experience in residential or commercial design
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray

  , and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of design standards, spatial proportions, and building codes
• Strong technical drawing and problem-solving ability
• Eye for both aesthetics and function
• Experience in producing

  client-ready visual presentations
