🔑Key Responsibilities

1. Client Handling & Sales

• Attend and engage all walk-in clients professionally and understand their design and furniture requirements.
• Present furniture options, finishes, layouts, and customization possibilities confidently.
• Ensure a premium customer experience from enquiry to order closure.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets with a consultative selling approach.

2. Showroom Management

• Maintain showroom aesthetics, display layout, and cleanliness to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Ensure all products, swatches, and samples are updated and properly organized.
• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including client appointments, demo areas, and stock display.

3. Coordination & Team Communication

• Coordinate with the

  Production Manager

  ,

  Dispatch Team

  , and

  Client Servicing Team

  for smoother order tracking and timely delivery.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure accurate information flow between showroom and production.
• Provide client feedback to relevant teams to help improve overall customer satisfaction and efficiency.

4. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain detailed client interaction logs and daily visitor reports.
• Share sales and performance updates with management.
• Provide suggestions for showroom improvement and product display optimization.

🎓Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in

  Interior Design / Architecture / Furniture Design.

• minimum 3–6 years of experience in

  furniture retail, interiors, or design consultation.

• Strong understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Polished personality with a strong sense of customer service and professionalism.
• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Canva

  preferred but not mandatory.
