You’ll be the face of MADERA HOMES for walk-in clients—guiding them through furniture selection, offering layout suggestions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from concept to delivery. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients in the showroom with personalized furniture & decor consultations. Create layout plans, 2D/3D visualizations, and design presentations based on client requirements. Coordinate with production & backend teams to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery. Manage day-to-day showroom operations, inventory display, and visual merchandising. Build relationships with walk-in clients, Architects & Interior designers, and B2B partners. Maintain client records, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and modular concepts relevant to luxury interiors. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design or high-end furniture retail. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and basic 3D rendering tools (3Ds Max is a plus). Strong sense of space planning, aesthetics, and material knowledge. Excellent communication & client-handling skills. Ability to multi-task between creative work and showroom operations.
