Interior Designer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Develops design concepts and meet with clients to program the project requirements. Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address client requests. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.  Site Visit: Arranging for and a ending site visits. prepare detailed visit reports and attend clarification meetings with clients. Willingness to travel-related work domestically.  Study the layout/drawings/analysis floor plan/clarification responses from the client and reflect the same to suppliers/vendors/subcontractors to get the offers as per final & revised information from the client. Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.  Review the client's responses, terms & conditions, and suppliers/subcontractor’s offers then prepare the qualifications/ exceptions/ deviations and other issues which could affect the prices or project duration.  Proven working experience in commercial interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.  Prepare Project Execution Plan/Method statements by providing draws proposal data to milestones and participate in milestone schedule preparation.  Creates project budgets, sets costs and project fees according to budget, and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities. Undertake design project from concept to completion. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing  Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation. Provides follow-up support to customers. Supervise work progress.
