Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Examining financial records to check for accuracy, Inward/Outward of documents.  Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions  Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources  Preparing Purchase orders, Delivery Challan & Proforma invoices, etc  Record and maintain all the entries of business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, etc.  Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep track of expenses every month.  Maintaining & handling petty cash of factory & office administration.  Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST. Tax reporting and GST filling / Govt. portal knowledge.  Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis.  Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
