ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Examining financial records to check for accuracy, Inward/Outward of documents. Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources Preparing Purchase orders, Delivery Challan & Proforma invoices, etc Record and maintain all the entries of business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, etc. Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep track of expenses every month. Maintaining & handling petty cash of factory & office administration. Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST. Tax reporting and GST filling / Govt. portal knowledge. Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
