Interior Design Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our design department, oversee project delivery, and uphold the company’s creative and quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise in interior design, ensuring that each project aligns with client expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of team leads, senior designers, and junior designers

Plan, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Track project progress and align outcomes with organizational goals and client expectations

Develop and implement innovative design strategies across multiple projects

Review and approve design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client briefs

Manage and resolve design-related escalations promptly and effectively

Provide expert guidance in 3D design development, detailing, and visual presentation quality

Enforce adherence to quality benchmarks, design best practices, and industry standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including project managers, execution teams, and clients—for smooth project coordination

Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design

Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
