Role Overview As an Interior Design Manager at Tint Tone and Shade, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing design projects in Hyderabad. Your key role will involve collaborating with clients, driving the team to achieve targets, and ensuring the effective and timely completion of projects. Your daily tasks will include creating and reviewing design plans, supervising construction drawings, coordinating with architects, and selecting furniture and accessories. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences - Drive the team to achieve project targets and deadlines - Create and review design plans to ensure they align with client expectations - Supervise construction drawings and ensure accuracy and quality - Coordinate with architects to integrate structural elements into design plans - Select appropriate furniture and accessories to enhance the overall design Qualifications - Experience in Design Management and Interior Design - Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings and floor plans - Knowledge of Interior Design and Furniture selection - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field - Experience with residential projects is a plus,
