Interior Design Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing design concepts and producing contract documents based on client needs. You will meet with clients to program the project requirements and have experience in Interior Fit-out Designing. Additionally, you will hold excellent knowledge of design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD. Your design expertise will encompass Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board), Technical design (Material knowledge, BOM, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details). Moreover, you will be expected to create BOQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies. Your sales expertise will come into play during Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, as well as driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs - Meet with clients to program project requirements - Possess excellent knowledge of design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD - Demonstrate design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services - Create BOQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies - Utilize sales expertise for Sales Closure and lead Design meetings with customers - Exhibit behavioural attributes of Result orientation, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, and crisp communication - Show a high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among team members Qualifications: - Bachelors & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline - 10+ years experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects with wide design and detail knowledge - Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture, and mixed-use preferred with a portfolio - Project management experience with a creative, imaginative, and artistic approach - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max, or similar design software - Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning - Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials,
