• Own the sales funnel & drive sales closure.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of design deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to execution.

Job Requirements

• Graduation or relevant diploma.
• Freshers to 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, PPT presentations.
• Expertise in:

• Conceptual design

  – layouts, styles.

• Technical design

  – material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation.

• Modular design

  – aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.

• Civil works & services

  – specifications & installation details.
• Ability to create BoQs, and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
• Strong sales skills – confident in leading design meetings and closing deals through trust and logic.
• Key attributes – result-oriented, team player, integrity, ethics, and effective communication.
• High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance within the team.
