Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design consultant located in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day interior design tasks, including space planning, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with senior designers. The role also involves communicating with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intentions are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with our young, dynamic team of designers, makers, and techies.
• Bring fresh, bold ideas to the table we love innovation.
• Use AI-assisted tools and systems to streamline your creative process.
• Work hands-on at sites and understand real-world execution, not just concepts.
• Keep up with the latest in materials, trends, and sustainable design.
• Communicate your vision clearly to vendors, teams, and clients (knowing Kannada is a plus!).
• Contribute to building workflows where designs turn into precise, code-driven manufacturing.

Junior Interior Design consultant

• ?18,000 ?25,000/month (including performance bonus)
• For freshers or up to 1 year of experience

Interior Designer (Experienced)

• Up to ?30,000/month (depending on portfolio & experience)
• For those with 2+ years and a strong body of work
