Integration Specialist

As a valued member of Advarra, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to advance clinical research and contribute to improving human health. Your responsibilities will include becoming proficient in integration technologies related to Advarra products and understanding the data flow between systems. You will provide support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions to complex issues. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot integrations on a daily basis to uphold seamless functionality. Developing a deep understanding of customer processes and standard operating procedures will be essential in your role. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to share knowledge and facilitate troubleshooting, striving to deliver optimal solutions efficiently. Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their advocate during escalations will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve tracking customer feedback and suggesting software enhancements to improve user experience. This position can be based remotely or in a hybrid model in Bengaluru, India. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma along with 3-5 years of experience in customer support, specifically for software applications. Experience in conducting training sessions for customers and the ability to translate customer requirements into product design will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools. If you have a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in integrations or the software industry, it would be advantageous. Effective time management, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
