Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project Ensure high quality work is produced Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program Facilitate communication between relevant teams Defining service standards and guidelines , governance structure that served as benchmark for excellent service delivery for multiple clients by leading cross functional teams Designing and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of the business operations Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 20 years of experience. 7+ years of experience in leading cross functional teams . Customer oriented. Able to lead big team with skills like team Management, Problem Solving, Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
