Program Manager – Embedded

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.

Responsibilities

Leading complex NPD projects / Embedded projects

Leading team of Embedded software, Embedded hardware, and firmware development.

Should have experience in driving cross functional teams like mechanical, software etc

Able to lead large team of 45- 50 members with 8/ 10 direct reportees

Thorough understanding of Product Life Cycle Management including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities with primary focus on Quality, Cost & Delivery. Developing components in conformance to pre-set technical specifications – proven record in Value Engineering / Value Analysis, Design verification, Product benchmarking.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership including Directors, CTOs, Product Management team etc.

To align business outcomes with annual roadmap targets.

• Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project
• Ensure high quality work is produced
• Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
• Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
• Facilitate communication between relevant teams

Defining service standards and guidelines

Designing and streamlining processes

Developing project baselines, monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with

  20 years

  of experience. 7+ years of experience in

  leading cross functional teams

• Able to lead big team with skills like team Management, Problem Solving,
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
