Job Description

As an Offering Integration Specialist in the Digital Workplace Solutions group at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in driving integration across offering managers, expediting outcomes, and creating new offerings as needed. Your strategic mindset, deep understanding of the DWS industry, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key in bringing innovative solutions to the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Management & Integration: Planning, executing, and overseeing DWS offerings integration, defining scope, managing timelines, assessing risks, and allocating resources. You will also be responsible for developing detailed roadmaps and reports to keep stakeholders informed and creating business presentations for executive readouts. - Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning: Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to align project goals with business objectives. You will serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. - Budget and Resource Management: Ensuring cost control and effective resource management to deliver projects within financial constraints. - Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establishing KPIs to measure success, tracking progress against goals, preparing and presenting status reports to senior management and stakeholders, and driving business growth.
