Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP IS, and API Management platforms.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing Integration development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement DevOps practices for integration pipelines, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to define integration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration platforms.
• Ensure end-end to observability and monitoring in the solution.
• Establish and enforce integration standards, governance, and best practices.
• Drive automation and testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability of integration solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the integration space and evaluate their applicability to the organization.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in the integration domain with a strong focus on SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, and API Management.
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering large-scale integration projects.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, message queuing, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management, including design, security, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale an integration delivery team.
• Solid experience in integration testing, including test automation frameworks and performance testing.
• Experience in leading integration development on Azure cloud
• Proven experience in DevOps implementation for integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in PI/PO or Integration Suite.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of WSO2, Boomi, Azure APIM and Solace will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards in integration.
