Integration Engineering Manager

As an Integration Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex integration projects and driving enterprise-wide integration strategies. Your expertise in SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and DevOps practices will be crucial in ensuring seamless connectivity across systems and fostering innovation through scalable integration solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP IS, and API Management platforms. - Manage and mentor a high-performing Integration development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Define and implement DevOps practices for integration pipelines, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring. - Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support. - Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to define integration strategies aligned with business goals. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration platforms. - Establish and enforce integration standards, governance, and best practices. - Drive automation and testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability of integration solutions. - Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the integration space and evaluate their applicability to the organization. **Required Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience in the integration domain with a strong focus on SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, and API Management. - 10+ years of experience managing and delivering large-scale integration projects. - Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, message queuing, and event-driven architectures. - Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management, including design, security, and monitoring. - Demonstrated ability to lead and scale an integration delivery team. - Solid experience in integration testing, including test automation frameworks and performance testing. - Experience in leading integration development on Azure cloud. - Proven experience in DevOps implementation for integration platforms. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. In addition, the company prefers candidates with SAP certifications in PI/PO or Integration Suite, experience with cloud platforms like SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, knowledge of WSO2, Boomi, Azure APIM, and Solace, and familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards in integration.,
