Business Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure GDS systems and create queues.
• Develop smart flows and triggers for automation.
• Set up parameters for PNR (Passenger Name Record) creation and payment setup.
• Understand and manage online booking tools and the PNR cycle.
• Integrate and customise GDS with online booking platforms.
• Collaborate with supplier partners (e.g., Concur Compleat, Booking Builder, Travelport Plus) to resolve technical issues and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure timely delivery and documentation.
• Conduct business analysis and provide creative integration solutions.
• Maintain quality control systems and track open project statuses.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with mid-office systems and travel quality control platforms like Concur Compleat, Booking Builder, Travelport Plus.
• Basic knowledge of online booking tools and database management.
• Understanding of version control systems and project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with Amadeus or similar GDS tools is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
