Responsibilities: Develop & Deliver Training: Create and conduct engaging training sessions (virtual/in-person) for new hires, existing staff, and clients on current and new products. Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs analyses (surveys, feedback) to identify training gaps and tailor content for different audiences. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in training, customer success, or a related field. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical information. Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Webex, etc.). Strong organizational and project management skills.
