Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Location: Nirman Vihar, Delhi5 days working(Full time work from office role) Key Responsibilities Generate leads and build client base through networking, cold calling, and referrals Conduct client needs and risk assessment to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Research and compare market policies , negotiating best terms and premiums with insurers Present and clarify policy benefits, exclusions, and costs to client Close sales and process documentation efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance Support clients in claims and renewal processes , ensuring smooth service delivery Maintain client records in CRM systems and track sales performance Meet sales targets and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and relevance Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
