Insurance Sales Specialist

As a Sales Executive specializing in insurance and financial products, you will be an integral part of our team based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure their future through personalized financial planning. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients through various channels, understanding their needs, recommending suitable insurance and financial products, and closing deals to ensure their satisfaction in the long run. You will be expected to explain policy features, guide clients through documentation and onboarding procedures, and provide post-sale support to address queries and ensure timely renewals. Staying updated on insurance regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings will be essential. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and additional languages like Gujarati or Marathi, along with a self-driven approach to work independently, will be key to your success in this role. Having worked under insurance agents/agencies and possessing IRDA certification will be advantageous.
