Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance policies, working with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring excellent customer service. In this role, the specialist will also collaborate with insurance providers to offer the best available policies. Daily tasks include assessing current portfolio, developing new business opportunities, negotiating terms, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Health Insurance and Corporate Insurance policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
