Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Kochi. The responsibilities include overseeing and driving insurance sales goals, managing a team to achieve business objectives, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires analyzing financial data to guide decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products and services
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Knowledge of financial principles and processes relevant to the insurance and finance sectors
• Experience in Team Management, including leadership and guidance to support team growth and achieve targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in insurance-focused or similar industries is a significant advantage
