**Position Overview:** As a Sales Relationship Executive (B2B), you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with business partners to drive sales of our travel insurance products. You will collaborate closely with travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B partners to promote our offerings and achieve revenue targets. The role requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities: ** - Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. - Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to expand our market presence. - Understand partner needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their requirements. - Present and promote our travel insurance products to B2B clients through various channels, including meetings, presentations, and digital communication. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favourable terms for both parties. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support partner initiatives and optimize sales strategies. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management regularly.
**Qualifications: ** - Bachelor's degree with Specialization in Insurance or Sales/ Marketing or a related field. - Preferably in the insurance or travel industry. Freshers may also apply. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others. - Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused mindset. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth. - Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as needed.
