Core Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Sales: ✅ Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing. ✅ Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for various insurance products (Motor, Life, General). ✅ Present, explain, and sell suitable policies, customizing plans to client needs. Relationship Management: ✅ Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. ✅ Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. ✅ Handle renewals, policy changes, and provide ongoing support. Agent Management (if applicable): ✅ Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sub-agents (POSPs, advisors). ✅ Provide joint calls and coaching to help agents develop business. ✅ Monitor agent performance and ensure adherence to policies. Operations & Compliance: ✅ Process applications, documentation, and maintain accurate records/CRM data. ✅ Assist with claims processing and ensure effective communication with adjusters. ✅ Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory (e.g., IRDAI) compliance.
