Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Insurance Operations Executive

to join our operations team. This role will act as the key bridge between advisors, clients, and insurance partners to ensure a seamless experience from policy login to issuance, including renewals, endorsements, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between advisors and insurance partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist advisors and clients with policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
• Ensure faster TAT (Turnaround Time) for policy issuance by proactively coordinating, tracking, and following up with all stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve bottlenecks in the issuance process to minimize delays.
• Update and maintain records in CRM systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide responsive support to advisors and clients by addressing queries and service requests effectively.
• Support clients with post-sales service, including endorsements, refunds, and clarifications.
• Oversee renewals and endorsement processing for all existing policies.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and advisors for smooth process execution.
