Job Title: Executive – Insurances Company: Solarium Green Energy Ltd Department: Insurance Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Industry: Insurance / Renewable Energy (Solar & Non-Solar) Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Solarium Green Energy Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Insurances to join our Insurance Department. The ideal candidate should have experience with a range of insurance policies relevant to both Solar and Non-Solar sectors. This role involves handling policy procurement, claims, renewals, documentation, and ensuring comprehensive insurance coverage across the organization’s operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage various insurance policies including: EAR Policy (Erection All Risk) FIR Policy (Fire Insurance) Burglary Insurance GMC Policy (Group Medical Coverage) Marine Insurance WC Policy (Workmen Compensation) Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims. Maintain accurate and updated insurance records and documentation. Support cross-functional teams with insurance requirements and compliance. Follow up on claim settlements to ensure timely processing. Ensure that all Solar and Non-Solar assets and operations are adequately insured. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation from an insurance standpoint. Candidate Requirements: Knowledge and practical experience with the insurance policies listed above. 6 months to 1 year of experience in an insurance-related role, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and insurance documentation. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Preferred Background: Experience in the Insurance , Solar Energy , or Renewable Energy sectors. Familiarity with insurance requirements for Solar & Non-Solar infrastructure projects.
