Insurance Executive

Role Overview: As an Insurance Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify customer needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and assist clients in safeguarding their assets. Building strong relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge will be key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Identify client needs and suggest appropriate insurance products such as life, health, auto, home, and business insurance. - Present and explain insurance policy options to potential customers. - Tailor insurance programs to meet the individual requirements of clients. - Process policy applications, renewals, modifications, and claims as necessary. - Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics. - Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting policies, and industry regulations. - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and renew policies. - Utilize CRM software or lead management tools to monitor interactions and sales progress. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead-generation strategies. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - Must hold a valid insurance license specific to the state. - Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
