Insurance Executive

Key responsibilities

· Client needs assessment: Interview clients to understand their financial situations, insurance needs, and long-term goals.

· Product sales: Recommend and sell insurance products (life, health, disability) and risk management strategies to both new and existing clients.

· Policy and application management: Process insurance applications, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure policies are issued and/or renewed accurately and promptly.

· Client service: Provide ongoing support, assist with claims, process policy changes, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

· Sales and business development: Generate leads, develop client relationships, and meet sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

· Market knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

· Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, application details, and other administrative tasks using the company's CRM and other systems.

Collaboration and integration

· Cross-selling: Work within a stockbroking firm to identify opportunities to offer insurance products to clients who are already using brokerage services.

· Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated client experience, offering holistic financial planning advice.

· Reporting: Prepare reports on client progress, sales performance, and other relevant metrics for management and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,527.31 - ₹28,496.03 per month
